A patient listener that never gets tired, never judges, and never rushes. Many young people find it easier to name what happened when the first conversation feels low-stakes.

One of the most common next steps MyBullyBuddy explores with a young person is telling a trusted adult — a parent, caregiver, teacher, or counsellor. The goal is to make that conversation easier, not to replace it.

MyBullyBuddy uses AI to help young people talk through bullying situations and explore possible next steps. It is not a therapist, emergency service, or replacement for professional help. If a young person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Buddy conversations are temporary. Audio is temporary. Direct/public child accounts need verified guardian approval before Buddy use. Email confirmation alone does not establish guardian authority.

Guardian authority supports consent, administration, deletion and future necessary safety contact, not surveillance. Guardian controls do not reveal ordinary child conversations, mood discussions, Wins or audio. You may sit with your child during their session.

Guardian approval and account administration requires two-factor verification for child password resets and parent security or account credential changes. Removing a child requires explicit confirmation and blocks further Buddy use before deletion is attempted.
