For parents and caregivers
Bullying is hard to talk about — especially with the people closest to you. MyBullyBuddy gives young people a calm first place to put it into words.
What it offers your child
A patient listener that never gets tired, never judges, and never rushes. Many young people find it easier to name what happened when the first conversation feels low-stakes.
How it supports talking to you
One of the most common next steps MyBullyBuddy explores with a young person is telling a trusted adult — a parent, caregiver, teacher, or counsellor. The goal is to make that conversation easier, not to replace it.
What it is not
MyBullyBuddy uses AI to help young people talk through bullying situations and explore possible next steps. It is not a therapist, emergency service, or replacement for professional help. If a young person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
