Privacy and account requests
For access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, email info@mybullybuddy.com with the request type. We verify identity and authority before providing or changing account information. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, identity documents, recordings or Buddy conversations.
Signed-in account controls offer Download my account data and Delete my account. Guardians use Guardian approval and account administration with two-factor verification. Guardian authority does not permit access to private child exchanges.
We confirm completion after the operation succeeds and explain pending work or backup limitations. See Safety & Privacy for the account lifecycle and data practices.
